We’ve spent the better part of a year building something we think will quietly change how you work with us, and it’s now live. Our new client portal brings every ticket, project and request your organisation has with All IT Services into a single view. One login with your Microsoft 365 credentials and you’re in — no extra password to remember, no separate account to provision, and no more digging back through email threads to work out where a request is up to.
The reason we built it is honestly simple. The single most common bit of feedback we hear from clients isn’t about response times or technical outcomes — it’s about visibility. People want to know what’s been raised, who picked it up, where it is in the queue, and what’s expected of them next. Email is a terrible tool for that. A ticket conversation can sprawl across a dozen messages, three reply-alls and two forwards, and by the end nobody is quite sure whether the request is done, blocked, or quietly waiting on someone in your team. The portal fixes that by being the one place the truth lives.
Inside it you’ll find a few things we’re particularly pleased with. Smart Forms turn the most common requests — staff onboarding, offboarding, mailbox access changes, password resets, distribution group tweaks — into short, structured forms so nothing important gets missed in a hurried email. Smart Approvals route the sensitive requests (anything that touches access, money or personal data) through whichever approvers your organisation has nominated, with a clear audit trail of who signed off and when. And the project view gives you a status-at-a-glance for any active work we’re doing for you, without anyone needing to chase a status meeting.
For your team it means less friction and faster turnaround on the routine stuff. For you as the business owner or IT lead, it means proper visibility into what your organisation is actually asking of us, what’s been approved by whom, and where your investment in IT is going. It also gives us a much cleaner way to surface trends — the requests that keep coming back, the workflows that could be automated, the training gaps worth addressing.
If you’d like a walk-through tailored to your team, or you’d like to talk about which of your processes are good candidates for a Smart Form or Smart Approval, just get in touch and we’ll set it up.
