StrataMaster is a concentrated store of personally identifiable information — owner names, addresses, bank details, insurance records, by-laws with sensitive notes. We harden the environment around it: MFA on every account, conditional access, application control on the servers, email impersonation protection, and 24×7 monitoring for suspicious sign-ins. StrataMaster FAQs
Do you replace MRI’s support?
No. MRI own the product; we own everything around it — the servers, the network, Microsoft 365, devices, backups, cyber security and end-user support. When a ticket is genuinely a StrataMaster bug, we raise it with MRI and manage it through to resolution with evidence, logs and reproduction steps attached.
On-prem, hosted, or both?
We support all three — traditional on-premise SQL, private cloud (typically Azure), and MRI’s hosted StrataMaster service. We can help you decide which path is right for you, and we can migrate between them without losing history.
Can you migrate us from another strata platform to StrataMaster?
Yes, on the IT side. We stand up the servers, set up user accounts, coordinate Microsoft 365, migrate mailboxes and shared drives, and handle the cut-over. MRI and their migration specialists handle the data migration itself — we run in parallel with them.
What does it cost?
