When a ticket is genuinely a StrataMaster bug, we raise it with MRI and manage it through to resolution with evidence, logs and reproduction steps already attached.
On-prem, hosted, or both? We support all three — traditional on-premise SQL Server, private cloud (typically Azure), and MRI's hosted StrataMaster service. We help you work out which path is right for your firm size and risk profile, and we can migrate between them without losing financial history.
Can you migrate us from another strata platform to StrataMaster? Yes, on the IT side. We stand up the servers, set up user accounts, coordinate Microsoft 365, migrate mailboxes and shared drives, and handle the cutover.
