Yes. We support StrataMaster in both on-premise SQL environments and MRI's hosted offering, StrataMax in its cloud environment, and Property IQ as a fully cloud product. We'll tell you where your current hosting is genuinely costing you money.
At a minimum: MFA enforced on every account, Essential Eight baseline, email security (anti-phishing, impersonation protection), encrypted immutable backups, 24×7 monitoring and an incident response plan. For larger firms we layer SIEM, conditional access and privileged identity management.
Yes. We sit on the IT side of the migration — data extraction, user provisioning, Microsoft 365 integration, email signatures, printer redirects, training room setup and cut-over. We work alongside the platform vendor's implementation team, not in competition with them.
