All IT Appoints Brooke Younger as Chief Executive Officer

All IT Australia today announced the appointment of Brooke Younger as Chief Executive Officer, effective Monday 31 August 2026. She succeeds Tom Buckley, who moves into a consulting role with the business.
Brooke joins All IT with more than 25 years in the Australian IT industry. She spent the past 16 years at Astron Technology, most recently as General Manager, Transformation and Development, where she led the business through a sustained period of growth and modernisation. Prior to Astron she spent eight years at Triforce Australia in business development across IT solutions and services, and began her career at Powerlan. Across those roles she has built a reputation for disciplined delivery and for being direct with clients about what technology can and cannot do for their business.
Expanding a Client-First Service Model
Brooke's immediate priority is to expand and enhance the client-first service model All IT has built its reputation on, and to bring artificial intelligence to bear on it where it makes that service demonstrably better.
The first area of focus is reporting. All IT is building richer reporting for clients, giving them far better data on their own business: where support time and technology spend are actually going, which recurring issues are costing them the most, how quickly work is being delivered, and where the next problem is likely to come from. Better data means faster decisions, quicker delivery and lower cost, and it moves the conversation from a technical one to a business one.
The second is All IT's own use of AI. The business is applying AI inside its own operations, from resolving routine issues before they interrupt a client's team, to giving engineers better information faster when a client does call, to removing manual work from the back office. All IT will be open with clients about what is working internally and what is not, and will help them apply the same thinking in their own businesses rather than leaving them to sort the substance from the vendor marketing on their own.
What does not change is the client relationship or the speed of response. Clients keep the same engineers who know their environment, the same Relationship Manager and the same direct access they have always had.
Expanding the Footprint
The recent investment in All IT from Lyra Technology Group gives the business access to the scale, specialist expertise and buying power of a global family of managed services providers. Brooke will lead how that group capability is put to work for Australian clients, bringing deeper technical bench strength and stronger commercial terms to clients while keeping delivery firmly local.
"The opportunity here is to give Australian businesses access to capability that would normally sit well out of their reach, delivered by the same local engineers who already know their environment. Growth only matters if the service gets better as we get bigger. That is the balance I intend to hold."
Brooke Younger, Chief Executive Officer, All IT ServicesOwner Transition
All IT owner Tom Buckley moves into a consulting role with the business from 1 September 2026, stepping back from day-to-day leadership.
"All IT has always been about looking after clients properly, and Brooke understands that instinctively. She brings experience and energy this business will benefit from enormously. I am proud of what the team has built and confident about where Brooke will take it."
