Cyber security

StrataMax holds the most sensitive data in your business. Protect it properly.

Every StrataMax tenancy contains owner names, addresses, dates of birth, bank details, insurance and claim history, and in some cases medical or accessibility notes. Under the Privacy Act and the Notifiable Data Breach scheme, you are the custodian. We deliver the Essential Eight baseline — phishing-resistant MFA, conditional access, application control, patching, encrypted immutable backups and 24×7 monitoring — as a minimum.

Do you replace StrataMax’s support?

No. StrataMax’s team own the product; we own everything around it — Microsoft 365, identity, devices, networks, backups, security and end-user helpdesk. When an issue is a StrataMax bug, we log it for you with the evidence StrataMax support needs, and we chase it through to resolution.

We’re moving from StrataMaster to StrataMax — can you help?

Yes. We handle the IT side of the cut-over: identity, email, shared drives, signatures, printers, browsers, VPN decommissioning, endpoint security and training-room setup. We work alongside the StrataMax onboarding team — not in competition with them.

What does “secure” actually look like for a StrataMax tenancy?

Phishing-resistant MFA for every user, conditional access from managed devices only, restrict StrataMax sign-in from risky countries, audit shared mailbox access, separate admin accounts, and immutable backups of SharePoint and OneDrive. It’s not hard — it’s just not the default.
