Before you call us, here’s what to know
Do you support both on-prem and hosted strata platforms?
Yes. We support StrataMaster in both on-premise SQL environments and MRI’s hosted offering, StrataMax in its cloud environment, and Property IQ as a fully cloud product. We’ll tell you where your current hosting is genuinely costing you money.
What does cyber security for strata actually cover?
At a minimum: MFA enforced on every account, Essential Eight baseline, email security (anti-phishing, impersonation protection), encrypted immutable backups, 24×7 monitoring and an incident response plan. For larger firms we layer SIEM, conditional access and privileged identity management.
Can you help us switch strata platforms?
Yes. We sit on the IT side of the migration — data extraction, user provisioning, Microsoft 365 integration, email signatures, printer redirects, training room setup and cut-over. We work alongside the platform vendor’s implementation team, not in competition with them.
Are you Sydney-based?
Head office is in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches, with onsite coverage across Sydney, North Sydney, the Northern Beaches, Brisbane, Melbourne and Orange. Remote support is nationwide.
How quickly can you respond during levy runs or AGM season?
We pre-agree a response window with you — priority-one incidents (platform down, mail flow broken, suspected breach) are picked up within 15 minutes during business hours, and within 60 minutes after hours on our 7-day roster.
