At All IT Services, our plans start from $60/user/month for basic security and automation (IT Essentials), from $99/user/month for unlimited support with SMB1001 Level 2 security (MIT Core), and from $199/user/month for premium 7-day support with Level 3 certification (MIT Premium). Licensing and platform fees for tools like Microsoft 365, EDR, and backups are quoted separately based on your environment.

Our managed IT plans include unlimited remote and on-site IT support, 24/7 monitoring, endpoint detection and response (EDR), email security, vulnerability scanning, patch management, Microsoft 365 administration, cyber awareness training, a dedicated Relationship Manager, and regular business reviews. MIT Core and MIT Premium also include SMB1001 security certification (Level 2 or Level 3), DMARC/DKIM email protection, DNS hosting, and proactive security management.

MIT Core (from $99/user/month) provides unlimited Mon–Fri support, SMB1001 Level 2 security certification, basic vulnerability monitoring, and bi-annual business reviews with a minimum of 10 users. MIT Premium (from $199/user/month) upgrades to 7-day support coverage (8am–8pm), SMB1001 Level 3 certification, advanced monitoring and remediation, an assigned Technical Lead, quarterly business reviews, and after-hours support at standard rates. MIT Premium requires a minimum of 25 users.

No. We do not require fixed-term agreements for our managed IT services. We back ourselves on service quality — if you ever wish to move on, we simply ask for 30 days' notice. The only commitments that carry a fixed term are specific upstream licensing products (such as Microsoft 365 annual licences), where we pass through the minimum term the vendor requires. All other services can be scaled up or down month to month, with pro-rata adjustments applied automatically.

These typically include Microsoft 365 licences, endpoint detection and response (Huntress EDR), email security (DMARC/DKIM), DNS hosting, cloud backup (Dropsuite), email signatures (Exclaimer), and cyber awareness training. These are billed at cost as a transparent pass-through on a per-user or per-device basis, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

IT Essentials ($60/user/month) is designed for businesses that want foundational security and automation without a full managed IT support commitment. It includes basic security tooling, automated patching, and monitoring — but does not include dedicated IT support or an SLA. If you need help, our team is available via chat on a per-hour basis at $210/hour (ex GST). It's ideal for businesses with internal IT staff who want enterprise-grade security tools without the full managed service.

Our published SLA targets 15 minutes for critical (P1) issues, with same-day resolution for most support requests. MIT Premium clients receive the fastest priority response times across all severity levels, plus access to after-hours support at standard rates rather than the 1.5× premium rate applied to MIT Core.

Yes. All IT Services has offices in Sydney (Brookvale), Brisbane (Fortitude Valley), Melbourne (Spencer Street), and Orange (Central West NSW). We provide remote support nationally and on-site support across all four regions. Our service desk operates Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm, with weekend support available 8:30am–5pm.

IT Essentials has no minimum user requirement. MIT Core requires a minimum of 10 users, and MIT Premium requires a minimum of 25 users. If your business is smaller than 10 users, IT Essentials is a great starting point — and you can scale into MIT Core as your team grows.
